Directed Call Pickup enables users to pick up incoming calls ringing at another Telephone.

To perform a Directed Call Pickup, you can use a preprogrammed Direct Call Pickup softkey or use the feature code. If you do not have a Direct Call Pickup softkey and would like one, please send a request to support@firelinecommunications.com. Please include your extension(s) with the request.

Direct Pickup using Softkey

1. With a call ringing on another telephone, press the preprogrammed Direct Pickup softkey.
2. Dial the extension number of the ringing telephone.
3. The call will immediately be answered by your telephone.

Directed Pickup using Feature Code

1. With a call ringing on another telephone, dial *88 + extension number of the ringing telephone.
2. The call will immediately be answered by your telephone.
