When attempting to login to the telephones web interface https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx a message displays “Your connection is not private. This is due to Yealink using a self signed certificate which is not trusted by the browser.

Option1

Using Chrome as an example, with the browser page showing an Advanced Button.

1. Click the Advanced ButtonYou will notice at the bottom of the page, the message “Proceed to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (unsafe) appear.
2. Click Link Proceed to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (unsafe)
3. You will be taken to the Yealink web interface login page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Option2

Using Chrome as an example, with the browser page not showing an Advanced Button.

1. Use your mouse and click on any white space in the browser window.
2. Using your keyboard type the word, thisisunsafe
   You will not see the word being typed on the screen
3. The browser window will open to the Yealink login page.
