Power: If you are powering the phone using a power adapter it would plug here. The phone also supports Power Over Ethernet or POE so if your phone has power and there is no adapter plugged in, you are using POE.

Headset: The headset port supports a variety of headsets. If you need suggestions please contact support.

Network: The network port connects to the wall outlet or network switch. It also supplies power when you are using POE.

Computer: The PC port can be used to provide internet to your computer when there are limited network connections at you desk.

Handset: The handset cord provides connectivity to your handset. If you do not hear any sound from your handset, check the handset is plugged into the correct connection first!

Auxiliary: Aux port is used to connect an expansion module.

MAC Address/Serial Number: This is a globally unique number which identifies your telephone. At times you may be asked to provide the MAC address to verify your telephone.
