To remove a participant from being a co-organizer, it is possible by clicking on the “-” button that is in line with the co-organizer name. This way, the Co-organizer role will be removed from that participant, and the option Assign co-organizer ( “+” button) will be available again, allowing you to assign the role again to the same participant if needed.
