Manually programming your telephone for TLS and SRTP

1. Press and release the ok button on the phone to obtain the ip address of the telephone.
2. Go to Security –> Trusted Certificates.
3. Set Only Accept Trusted Certificates to Disabled
4. Click the Browse button next to Load trusted certificates file.
5. Select your certificate file obtained from the certificate provider (xxxx.crt) and click the upload button.
6. The certificate should upload and be displayed in the list.
7. Click the Confirm button.
8. Move to the Account tab.
9. Set the transport to TLS.
10. Restart your device and test if you can make a call.

SRTP

1. Go to the Accounts tab
2. Select the registered account and click Advanced.
3. Scroll Down to Voice Encryption (SRTP) and select Enable
4. Click Confirm button to save changes.

** If you stop using TLS you must disable SRTP also. An easy way to tell is if you attempt to make after removing TLS the audio will be static only.
