Editing the Ringtime allows one to lengthen or shorten the number of times an extension rings before going to the next destination.

*This procedure requires administration level privilages.

1. Login and go to Extensions > System
2. Edit the extension in question
3. Scroll down the page to the call properties section
4. Change the value of the Ringtime (sec) field to the value of your choice. Default 32 seconds / 6 rings
5. Click the save button.
