We have just added Enhanced Ring Groups or (ERG) to our Business Enterprise Plan. ERG represents a more advanced type of Ring Group. With ERG, users can now setup basic call queueing functions and reuse Queues with Members to achieve better business intelligence. Additionally, we have added additional reports to examine the statistics of the ERG.
