What’s Happening?
We’re reaching out to update you that there has been an extension to the unregistered 10DLC blocking date. Unregistered 10DLC traffic will now be blocked on February 1, 2025 resulting in error codes (4)476 or (4)773. This means any phone number not associated with an approved 10DLC campaign will be blocked from sending traffic destined for US telephone numbers. There will be no extensions granted, so it is imperative you are working to register all of your traffic prior to February 1, 2025.
What do I need to know?
This change reflects an industry-wide movement towards supporting registered traffic over many years. The campaign registration and vetting processes ensure that your services running on 10DLC comply with the carrier policies and industry best practices. Registration also ensures you minimize cost to your business by avoiding increasing unregistered surcharges.
What do I need to do?
Please ensure that all of your 10DLC numbers are associated with an approved campaign before February 1 to ensure that you do not experience any blocking.
